The Total You by Janelle, LLC was established to address the whole YOU/PERSON. Many times the focus is on the physical or the spiritual or the emotional, when, essentially, there needs to be a holistic approach of all three – SPIRIT, SOUL, & BODY. You cannot compartmentalise your life.

In life we suffer intentional and collateral damages, abuses, traumas which are self-inflicted or afflicted by others, directly and indirectly, which cause damage to the spirit, soul, and/or body. These injuries are often accumulated from childhood into adulthood and never addressed. These issues must be addressed and we must love ourselves enough to “heal on purpose” – BE INTENTIONAL!

One of the founding scriptures for this business is I Thessalonians 5:23 – NOW may the God of peace Himself sanctify you COMPLETELY; and may your whole SPIRIT, SOUL, and BODY be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We must not only be physically fit, but spiritual and emotional fitness is just as imperative.

The Total You by Janelle, LLC is dedicated to YOU and has a mission to promote wholeness through education and application to the SPIRIT, SOUL, & BODY. This education will be provided in group settings, webinars, live streams and private consults. The Total You By Janelle will provide resources and referrals as deemed necessary and will be working in collaboration with other specialists and community partners. We want to ensure you get the help/assistance/deliverance you need SPIRIT, SOUL, & BODY.
